Join the excitement in repurposing your Jenga® GIANT™ game to build different structures including houses.

1. Build a Jenga® GIANT™ game foundation

First, define how big you want your Jenga® GIANT™ house to be. To do this you must decide how many columns it will have. Building walls may seem like a simple task using your Jenga® GIANT™ game. However, keep in mind that this will be the foundation to your house, so be sure to reserve enough blocks for vertical columns even so it can remain as sturdy as possible as you build upwards. Also, remember that walls have to have stable floors. Be careful not to make the floor too wobbly, or the pieces will drop!

2. Windows for your Jenga® GIANT™ house

Will your house have windows, and how many? This question is important, because based on this, you will either continue to build on top of the horizontal pieces of your columns to close the space or you will create new columns by adding two vertical pieces. A window is composed of a horizontal base block, two vertical blocks on each end of the horizontal base block and another horizontal block on top of the two vertical blocks. This will make a square that will look just like a window; however, be careful when placing the vertical pieces as it could all come crashing down!

3. Construct a Jenga® GIANT™ building

If houses aren’t your thing and you would rather recreate a different kind of building, you can create a great tower by adding 3x3 pieces together to create different cubes. The main goal is to add three horizontal pieces as your base and add three vertical pieces per each end of these horizontal pieces and then follow with three additional horizontal pieces on top to make a cube. Repeat these steps on top of this one several times until you have a tower. If you have two Jenga® GIANT™ games, you can stack your structure even higher.

4. Famous Jenga® GIANT™ houses or structures

Turn your Jenga® GIANT™ game into the Colosseum, the White House or the Parthenon. For the Colosseum, you will need to stack up the horizontal blocks in a round shape. For the White House, you will have to focus on the façade. This famous house will need the perfect combination of horizontal and vertical pieces. The Greek Parthenon, unlike the Colosseum, will need all vertical pieces. Don’t forget to build it so it’s stable, or all your work will come tumbling down!
